TRINC's Dust Control System

SIDE SHOW:

TRINC's answer

Trinc focused on the fundamental question of "why dust adheres to work-piece" and analysed its adherence mechanism. As a result it has been found out that it was an electrically charged dust (activated dust) that adhere to the work-piece. In other words, the dust adherence could be avoided by eliminating static charge on the dust floating in the space.

From this, the TRINC's original idea "Room-less Clean Room = Wall-less Clean Room" was created. It embodied an environment where dust was all inactivated not to adhere to anything. A concept of Static-Free Space was born.

In a situation where a compressed air is required, Trinc Ionisers separates the compressed air and the high voltage probe, therefore increases the service life of almost 100 times longer.

Conventional ionisers uses compressed air to disseminate the ions during the ionising process. So when moisture from the compressed air get into contact with the high voltage probe in the ioniser, it will cause electric leak. That is why most of the conventional ionisers have black carbon stained at the tip of the tungsten probe and its surrounding area. This actually creates more dust problem.
